Requirements:
· Preferably with Technical, Industrial / Factory and Engineering background
· Proven customer support experience and/or client service experience
· Computer and Admin Knowledge
· Occasion overtime when required
· Handle complaints and queries
· Manage incoming calls/emails
· Quotations
· Will work closely with accounts department / Factory & Sales Reps
Starting Salary: R9000 Per Month
Preferable to start immediately.
