Stacker Operators (Rotary Die-Cut/Flexographic Division)
Company: Keypak (Pty) Ltd (Printing and Packaging)
Location; Port Elizabeth, South Africa (Must be based in South Africa)
We are looking for operators with experience on Geo Martin, Apstar, or similar automated stacking and bundling equipment used in rotary die-cut flexo prodution environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, setup and maintenance of automated stackers to ensure high-quality output and smooth workflow on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating automated stackers for rotary die-cut flexo work
- Setting up stacking and bundling equipment for production runs
- Monitoring output quality and ensuring accurate counts and bundling
- Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Working closely with machine operators and production supervisors
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating Geo Martin, Apstar, or equivalent automated stacker machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work shift if required
- Packaging/print industry experience advantageous
