You will also manage budgets and costs, ensure effective stock control, and lead and develop teams to maintain a positive, high-performing work environment. To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, with a minimum 3 years experience in an FMCG environment. A minimum of 3 years senior management experience is essential. Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement is required, with automation exposure advantageous. You should demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
