Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, pipeline management, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships while understanding client needs through effective analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance, providing regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Address customer queries and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to align strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, technical requirements, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events, and continuously improve sales techniques through feedback.

Key Requirements
  • Sales/Business Diploma or relevant Degree advantageous; NDT certification (MT, PT, RT, ET, UT, PA) beneficial.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP Business One, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally (up to 50%), with a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
