Production Supervisor

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience: 2 5 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Industry Experience: Crate and pallet manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
• Technical Skills: Strong technical and operational understanding of manufacturing processes

Responsibilities:

• Allocate work to 7 production teams as per instructions from the Operations team
• Ensure maximum productivity and efficient utilisation of labour
• Monitor and reduce production wastage, including recycling of offcuts
• Plan and manage effective material usage
• Communicate production delays, issues, or bottlenecks to Operations and Dispatch
• Ensure consistent quality standards across all production teams

• Supervise, motivate, and manage approximately 30 production staff
• Maintain discipline, performance, and teamwork on the production floor
• Lead by example with a hands-on management approach

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised production environment
• Enforce company policies, including substance abuse and safety standards
