Key Responsibilities
- Diploma or degree in Operations Management or related field.
- 810 years experience in manufacturing (e.g., food or cosmetics).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, including planning, scheduling, and quality control.
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and manage production staff, including performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory levels and proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, logistics, and sales to align production with demand.
