Monitor and control the mechanical and operational efficiency of production facilities, equipment, and plant resources in bulk cereal handling, milling, and starch extraction.

?? Requirements:
? National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
? SAGMA registration (advantageous)
? Basic computer proficiency
? Basic understanding of the agricultural industry
? Keen interest in the field of study
? Knowledge of SharePoint, Kairos & C-Works
? Basic understanding of milling production processes
? Basic knowledge of quality control measures
? Familiarity with preventative maintenance
? Understanding of relevant regulations
