Feed Mill Team Leader

Requirements:

• Matric or a equivalent to NQF 4
• 1 Year supervisory experience
• Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment
• Valid driver''''s license with own transport
• Must be Afrikaans speaking

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality control checks on the feed, including inspections for ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity.
• Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards while ensuring staff performs duties as per the procedures
• Troubleshoot and address any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime
