In my last job I have managed the expansion of the sauce department where all production took place to meet the supply and demand of approximately 200 stores.

Experience:
Plan and structure production schedule in accordance with supply and demand, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
· Conduct daily AM vibe meeting with production staff to instruct and communicate targets and safety guidelines
· Monitor equipment maintenance ensuring its safety and correct configuration before commencement of production, report malfunctions and arrange for replacement equipment.
· Control the production process, ensuring daily production parameters and targets are achieved and production reports updated on system
· Monitor the achievement of daily targets and outputs and the efficiency of process in order to reduce waste
· Identify, investigate and resolve production related problems and substandard performance.
· Implement SHEQ procedures and food regulatory compliance in collaboration with the quality control department.
· Identify opportunities for improvement of process, working collectively with the team to apply improved principles and strategies to achieve efficiency.
· Daily, weekly and monthly stock and inventory count management, monitor the level of production material to ensure sufficient resources to support production. Ensure records are maintained correctly.
· Procurement of necessary stock items needed for production to run efficiently.
· Manage team of 11 staff, handling absenteeism and allocation, coach and encourage staff to ensure improved performance levels and morale.
· Train and mentor production employees on operating machinery, following safety operating standards and maintaining hygiene standards.
· SHE Representative and First aider. Management of a health and safety emergency. Preparing of IOD reports.
