Procurement & Sales Support Coordinator

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, follow-through, and strong coordination skills are essential. You will work closely with procurement and key accounts, supporting sourcing, costing, production tracking, invoicing, and delivery management.

What You Will Be Responsible For
End-to-End Order Coordination

• Supporting product sourcing and cost gathering.
• Building detailed costings for client quotations.
• Compiling internal briefs outlining supplier details, units, branding specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinating artwork/CAD requests with the design team.
• Tracking production timelines from order placement to receipting.
• Managing rejects, reworks, and quality-related issues.
• Overseeing invoicing, delivery arrangements, and proof of delivery capture.

Procurement & Supplier Support

• Assisting with sample development including tech packs, fit samples, and swatches.
• Liaising with suppliers on timelines and approvals.
• Monitoring production progress and resolving queries.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes.
• Supporting fabric, garment, and trim quality checks.

Administration & Process Management

• Maintaining accurate documentation for orders, approvals, and samples.
• Ensuring timeous responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to improved workflow efficiency and cost control initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Matric (essential).
• 13 years experience in procurement, supply chain, production coordination, or sales administration.
• Exposure to apparel, textiles, or branded merchandise advantageous.
• Strong Excel capability (non-negotiable).
• Comfortable working with costing structures and multiple suppliers.
• ERP system exposure beneficial.
• Understanding of garment construction and materials advantageous.
