Requirements:

  • Full responsibility for assigned driver and vehicle
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and management
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries end-to-end
  • Load vehicles as per allocation
  • Relay and ensure understanding of client instructions
  • Track vehicles to ensure on-time delivery
  • Report and follow up on breakdowns
  • Manage PODs daily (update and submit)
  • Maintain accurate records (logs, diesel, trip sheets, Keyfleet)
  • Monitor operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide regular updates to management
  • Work with departments to improve operations
