OPERATIONS CONTROLLER-Night Shift

The successful candidate should reside close to the Company address. He/she will need to have had experience in logistics, excellent telephonic and geographical skills (you must have a good knowledge of South Africa). Bilingual is always an advantage. You must enjoy working under extreme pressure and have lots of energy. Computer and Cell phone skills (Outlook, google maps, word, excel) essential. The job involves receiving of orders, dispatching drivers, and ensuring all deliveries are completed timeously, loaded on the system and paperwork is in order. You are required to manage and direct a team of drivers and fleet of vehicles efficiently. The operation runs 24/7 which means we work Monday to Sunday, but this is a Night shift position where you are required to work 4 x 12 hour shifts a week with alternate weekends off.
