Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services.
• Ensure service delivery excellence and resolve client queries effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly account reports.
• Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Key Accounts Manager, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple accounts.
• Strong reporting and administrative skills.
• Valid drivers license.
