Age : 25-45 years
This dynamic Agricultural company is looking for a candidate with-
Strong technical knowledge of agricultural products
Demonstrated leadership and team-management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Effective problem-solving and sound decision-making skills
Ability to manage inventory and operational processes efficiently
Customer-service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities (KPIs)Operational Management
Candidate to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning
To maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels and operational metrics
Adherence to company policies, safety regulations and quality standards
To develop and implement sales strategies
Monitor and manage store budgets and expenses effectively
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
