Are you an experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in the Milling/Animal Feeds industry? This permanent opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about ensuring legislative compliance, managing risk, and maintaining high ethical standards.
Location: Bloemfontein
Salary: Market Related
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years'' experience in the Milling/Animal Feeds industry
- National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 or equivalent)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Prepare compliance reports for management
- Investigate compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Provide compliance guidance and employee training
