This specific farm already successfully produces sought-after high-quality onion- and carrot seed. Currently 3-hectare are planted with spring unions and another 3-hectare with carrot seed.
The quality and production volumes of this area ensure above average income per hectare and crop rotation is possible on the acreage.

Crystal clear, unpolluted water is obtained from 2 boreholes with capacity of 20,000 litre/hour each, which are fitted with pumps connected 25KVA Eskom power. Water usage rights are registered. Irrigation is sprayers or drip directly from the pumps into the mother lines. Another borehole with a 10,000 liter /hour capacity is currently not in use.

There are no buildings yet, but several beautiful spots lend themselves to building cottages. A small cottage is occupied by the farm manager.
