Kitchen Assistant

Busy Cafe / Deli at top of Kloof Street is looking for an experienced all-rounder to join the existing kitchen team.

Only apply if you have at least 2 years (recent) experience working in a fast-paced and active kitchen. Particular exposure to managing the pass, Breakfast Prep, Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches, Pastas, Burgers, Grills, etc. is essential. Baking experience advantageous.

Only applicants that are of sober habits, are reliable, committed and actually want to work need apply. Recent contactable references vital to securing an interview.

Position only requires day shifts (7am Start) however ability to work on weekends and public holidays is important.

Ideal position for a recent catering school graduate or someone with a proven track record in coffee shop & Deli catering.
