IT Support / Technician

We are a nationwide retail chain is offering internship for a Help Desk Support Technician to deliver prompt technical assistance to our stores. The ideal candidate should be between the ages 19 to 25 and should possess good technical expertise and effective communication skills, with the capability to conduct remote troubleshooting and diagnostics. The role includes overseeing hardware entering and exiting the workshop. Requirements: - Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems. - Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues. - Fundamental understanding of routers and networking. - Fluent in English. - Exceptional communication skills.
