Customers may purchase iPhones on a monthly installment plan by paying a 40–50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is paid in monthly installments over an agreed period. Valid ID and proof of residence are required for verification. Payments must be made on or before the agreed dates. The device is released after full payment (or remains the property of Luma iPhone Plugs until fully paid). Late payments may attract penalties, and all deposits and installments are non-refundable if the agreement is breached.
