Description
Responsible for daily administrative duties and HR duties of organization.
Maintaining employee records.
Compiling of all information pertaining to an employee, from hire date to termination date.
To keep an update record of leave, lockouts, transfers, turnovers, etc of the employees and company.
Assist in various administration tasks within the busy Human Resource Department.
Offering a great recruitment and selection experience to both hiring applicants and interns
Assisting with tenders by getting the required company compliance documentation in order.
Gain experience with different recruitment mediums including digital interviewing platforms.
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documentation is collected and filled appropriately.

I am in the process of obtaining my 3 year National Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2024. I would appreciate an opportunity to further my career growth in the HR Department.
