Description
We are seeking a Manager: Solutions and Mobility to lead the design and delivery of global workforce and contractor mobilisation solutions across multiple regions.
This is a commercially focused role requiring strong solution design capability, client engagement and the ability to manage cross-border workforce models in a structured, compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement contractor mobilisation and global workforce solutions aligned to client requirements
- Develop and own solution frameworks, ensuring cost alignment and operational feasibility
- Engage with clients and partners, leading solution discussions, managing expectations and providing advisory input
- Prepare and present proposals, RFQs and pricing models for international workforce deployment
- Oversee project scope, timelines and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and ensure consistency across regions
- Ensure compliance with international employment, mobility and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and solution records across all engagements
Requirements
- Proven experience in global mobility, EOR or international workforce solutions
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in solution design, proposals or commercial structuring
- Solid understanding of contractor mobilisation and cross-border employment models
- Ability to balance compliance with practical delivery
- Strong organisational and process management capability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Legal or related field
- Experience in global mobility, workforce solutions, consulting or EOR environments
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional operations and international markets
