Supports HR with admin tasks like record keeping, recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll support, requiring strong organization, confidentiality, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Records Management:
- Creating, maintaining, and updating confidential employee files, personnel
- information, and electronic databases.
- Assisting with job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and handling applicantcorrespondence.
- Processing documents for new hires, including contracts and background checks.
- Check the attendance register and follow up for the unsigned registers
- Conduct a comparison between the leave report, attendance register and clocking report.
- Conduct audit on all the attendance reports
- Maintain accuracy on the employee filing hard copies and electronic.
- Conduct regular Filing Audit on all filing platforms
- Assisting with payroll information, processing leave applications and updating employee benefits data.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Degree in Human Resources is required.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion.
- Computer Literacy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organization: Organizational and filing skills.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
