Freelance Recruiter (180)  with Tech Recruitment Experience

Recruitment agency based in Cape Town is looking to add additional recruitment capacity.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria :

- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience.

- Minimum 3 years experience recruiting for tech talent (software developers, business analysts, product owners etc).

- Commission only structure based on successfull placement, but high earning potential.

- Must reside in the Western Cape region.

- This is an urgent requirement, with a start date asap.

All applicants will have to undergo a verbal test on the following :
- Recruitment strategies for tech talent.
- Explain responsibilities of the various tech roles.
- Systems for successfull recruitment.

We recruit for high earning roles (> 720k annum, and potential commission on offer up to 40% of the placement fee).
