The local Municipality planning division has suggested that the developer reconfigures the proposed layout of 20 on Glenridge. ground floor parking with a guard house separating the entrance/exit routes. We are in the final phase and the selling price of an apartment will be from R1 995 000. At this point in time we are still requesting that all interested Buyers kindly complete and sign a letter of intent and to pay a refundable deposit of R5000 in order to secure an apartment.
