The bedroom window has a great view of Bryanston valley (The cottage is on top of the hill.)

The complete ground floor will be tiled throughout and the top floor has a good carpet.

The ground floor has Windows on two sides with a large sliding door opening onto

a covered front patio, which is very secluded with its own small private garden

There are large trees on two sides, which add to the county feeling

Your car can be parked in the front of the cottage all behind a secure lockable private gate. (With parking behind for one more car)

If you have a home business there is a large lockup store available on one side

There will be Solar room lights in the bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom

Also an Invertor will be provided for 3 hours of Laptop or TV

There is an electric stove with a two plate gas stove on the counter, so living with Eskom is acceptable.
