Qualifications- Aminimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or facilities management- strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic- Good communication and interpersonal skills,with experience interacting wirh a variety of stakeholders such as property owners,tenants,and contractors- knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices, as well as basic plumbing,electrical, and carpentry skills.-proficiency with google suite and microsoft office and social media,with experience using property management software preferred.- A good understanding of billing of utilities is a must.- A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
