Warmly welcome and check in spa guests
Handle phone, email, and walk-in appointment bookings
Manage the daily spa schedule and assist with therapist coordination
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Promote spa treatments and retail products when appropriate
Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, calm, and inviting
Requirements:
Previous experience in reception, admin, or hospitality (spa/wellness industry preferred)
Spa therapy experience is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, professional, and organised
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficient with booking systems and basic computer tasks
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
