Our successful Security Managers

? effectively manage at a senior level all aspects of the companys security operations to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, their belongings and company assets
? manage the security budget and take prompt action to reduce over-spending
? liaise and build a strong relationship with private and state law enforcement agencies
? manage the investigation of all incidents and implement measures to avoid recurrence
? ensure that security equipment is regularly maintained to ensure minimal downtime
? ensure security related information is reported promptly and accurately to relevant people
? build a competent and motivated team of security officers through confident and caring leadership.
? do budget controls, management and deployment of contract security
? are familiar with municipal bylaws governing events, strategic planning of events
? implement and enforce procedures
? do accurate and timeous reporting and record keeping of incidents and risk assessment

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF4), PSIRA registration Grade A, Knowledge of PSIRA rules, regulations and requirements, strong managerial skills and a minimum of five years experience in a Security Management position.
