Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, who will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-in and Check-out

Manage reservations

Provide exceptional customer service

Manage booking deposits and payments

Handle guest communication over various applications

Maintain front desk area

Applicant Requirements:

1 + Years in the hospitality industry

Must have experience working on a PMS such as Semper, Opera or Nightsbridge.

Must be computer literate
