Our successful IT Systems Supporters
? attend to internal customer requests for support, manage the resolution and incident reports
? conduct daily IT operations including thorough handover between shifts and accurate documentation
? ensure system availability and backups through diligent and timeous maintenance
? work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), IT related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT diploma/degree), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4) and at least one year s experience in a similar position.
