Front Office Lodge Anchor

This is a guest-facing, all-rounder role suited to someone who thrives on being the reassuring, ever-present hub of a busy lodge operation; welcoming guests, coordinating the guest journey, and keeping front-of-house running smoothly in a remote, high-end bush environment.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in a front office, guest relations, or lodge host role within luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of reservations, guest administration, and check-in/check-out processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, professional manner
• Comfortable working in a remote lodge environment and adapting to shifting daily demands
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
• Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and all front office administration
• Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests with relevant departments
• Liaise between guests and lodge management to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve queries promptly and professionally
• Support daily operational flow across front-of-house areas
• Uphold the lodge's exceptional service standards at all times

This is a live-in position.
