Description
Duties:
General administration, accounts and stock control.
Quality control of food, food presentation and service
Motivating staff and leading them.
Excellent Guest liaison skills
Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food
Requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum of 2 - 4 years in Front of House in a 4 / 5* Lodge
First Aid level 1
Outgoing personality
Previous FOH/receptionist experience in
Exceptional hosting skills
Salary:
R8K negotiated for the right candidate
6 weeks on/2 weeks off
14 days annual leave
Live in
Provident fund after 3 months probation
Food provided while hosting
Uniform provided
