We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our physiotherapy practice.
Requirements:
Previous medical receptionist experience (essential)
Experience with medical billing software — Elixir experience highly advantageous
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, friendly manner with patients
Responsibilities include:
Front desk reception and patient liaison
Managing appointments and diaries
Handling medical billing and payments
General administrative support to clinicians
