Job Overview:

Our clients are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join their dynamic teams at their outpatient clinics. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for the patients by providing comprehensive physical therapy services. You will work with a diverse patient population, assessing their needs and creating personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their physical and functional goals. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for patient care and a commitment to improving lives and a desire to relocate to the USA, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical impairments, limitations, and functional goals.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with the referring physicians.
3. Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
4. Educate patients and their families on the treatment plan, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment sessions, progress, and communication with healthcare team members.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and medical specialists, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
8. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and treatment modalities through ongoing professional development and training.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the clinic's continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program
4. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
8. Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
