We worked shift hours and gained so much experience nursing various patients with not so similar chronic illnesses that included, Dementia and Alzheimer's patients, frail and bedridden patients, post operated, patients with Parkinson illness and those on different stages of cancer. Cleaning and bed changing in the morning, performing fullwash on patients, changing nappies, bedpan and assisting others to the bathroom to shower, feeding needy patients, assisting with pressure care management, checking vitals and properly recording and assisting resident nurses to insure patients tale their medication on time, maintaining moral within the ward and helping with exercises and taking some patients for walks etc.
