General Worker

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Worker at a Tool Hire Shop located in Southfield and Brackenfell. The General Worker will assist with daily operations, including tool maintenance, equipment checks, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities also include receiving and dispatching tool rentals, assisting customers with inquiries, and adhering to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications (Nice to have)

• Basic mechanical abilities and experience with tools and equipment
• Customer service and communication skills for assisting clients
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and inventory
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a tool hire environment is an advantage
