Requirements: Diploma or certification in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury spa environment.At least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.Experience in spa retail sales is highly advantageous.Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.Proven ability to motivate a team and drive sales.In-depth knowledge of spa products, treatments, and industry trends.
