Recruitment Consultant

Our client a well-known business services provider is looking to bring on board an experienced recruiter to join their team in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. To be considered for this role you must have at least 1 years’ experience within agency or inhouse recruitment. You will be based in the Umhlanga office, applicants looking to apply from other regions in SA will need to relocate to Durban at your own cost.You will be joining a large organisation with offices across the world. Key duties include:Conducting interviews to assess suitability to live rolesSourcing candidates for clientsUpdating the applicant tracking system - daily activities /calls /interviews Ensuring the recruitment onboarding process is followedEnsuring good customer service for both candidates and clientsAchieving set targets and KPI’s Essentials for this role:Completed tertiary qualificationMinimum of 1 year’s recruitment experienceAbility to work to target and achieve set KPI’sThis role will suit an outgoing and engaging person with superb oral and written communication skills.
