Temporary/Permanent Candidate Researcher

We are currently seeking a Temporary/Permanent Candidate Researcher with experience in the Temporary Employment Services(TES) and Recruitment Industry, to join our team.
Duties include:
Sourcing of temporary and permanent candidates in accordance with client job specifications and consultant requests.
Maintaining and building the candidate database.
Searching the database, job boards and CV applications for suitable candidates.
Post jobs ads onto company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals and job boards.
Applicant screening calls.
Arrange candidate interviews, criminal check, etc.
Passing on leads to consultants (through CV screening)
Preparing CVs and processing of candidates applications.
Reference checking all shortlisted candidates prior to submission of CVs to clients.
General administration.
Minimum Requirements:
A Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Effective communication and relationship building skills.
Report writing skills
Time management and multitasking.
A clear criminal and credit record.
A basic salary is on offer.
