HR Manager

Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Post graduate qualification in HR would be an advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 Years experience at a Supervisory/Management level.
Experience in the mining/engineering/construction industries.
Proven experience with CCMA conciliations/arbitrations, dealing with Labour Unions and the Bargaining Council.
Registration with professional body would be an advantage, e.g., SABPP
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of all labour legislations in South Africa.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Expert knowledge of payroll systems and processes
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to communicate and operate at all levels.
Strong management and leadership skills.
