Office Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a full-time General Maintenance Worker who is reliable, honest, and committed to upholding high standards of maintenance within our office space. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Cleaning Responsibilities:

   • Mopping and vacuuming of floors
   • Cleaning of bathrooms
   • Emptying and cleaning of bins
   • Cleaning and wiping down high-touch areas

2. Maintenance of Outdoor Spaces:

   • Cleaning and maintaining of pond
   • Cleaning and maintaining of pool
   • Lawn maintenance, including mowing and monitoring watering needs
   • Monitoring plant health and addressing related issues
   • Maintenance of garden equipment and tools
   • Pruning trees and shrubs
   • Managing weed control and leaf raking
   • Application of fertilizer and weed control agents
   • Planting and nurturing new trees, flowers, and various plants

3. Building Maintenance:

   • Painting and general building maintenance
   • Stock taking of storeroom on a weekly basis

4. Work Schedule:

   • Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 16:30 pm

5. Remuneration:

   • Salary: R 6,000.00 per month

6. Location Requirement:

   • Must reside in the Randburg Area
   • Fluent in English
   • Must be a South African citizen or possess a valid work permit
