CaretakerCaretaker (12 months fixed term contract). The service of an on-site Caretaker is required for 3x apartment buildings in Die Bult, Potchefstroom area. Reports to: Maintenance ManagerSupervises: Outsourced Functions and Services Size of the work team: 6Remuneration: up to R6 500 pm + onsite accommodation - fully furnished 1 bedroom flat.Inherent Requirements:The minimum level of Education: Grade 12Prior experience: 2 – 4 years experience as a Caretaker, preferably in Student Accommodation Skills required:1.Landscaping Knowledge - Property caretakers often plant trees and shrubbery and are knowledgeable in landscaping best practices.2.Time Management Skills - Successful property caretakers know how to effectively manage their time so that they can complete all their tasks in a timely manner.3.Communication Skills - Property caretakers communicate with fellow crew members and the property owner, which means they know how to communicate appropriately for multiple audiences.4.Persistent - Maintaining a property can be arduous since nature does not like to be moved.
