Technical Business Analyst

DVT is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Technical Business Analyst. The suitable individual will be challenged with access to a range of projects at clients across industries, ranging from telecoms, Insurance, Banking, to financial services. Working with other experienced technologists whose single pursuit is optimal value creation for our customers through the construction of peerless solutions, this dynamic self- starting individual will be schooled in the best practices accumulated through successful delivery on hundreds of projects.

Minimum Requirements
4 - 7 years + experience in Technical Business Analysis in Telecoms, Insurance, Retail, Banking and Investments industries (non negotiable)
BSc, BCom or BTech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
4 Years + knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Bizagi, C#, and system integration solutions.
Experience in SDLC methodologies such AGILE (SCRUM), Scaled AGILE, Waterfall
Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, ITIL or the equivalent.
Strong Consulting experience
Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations
Knowledge of Blockchain or Capital Markets
Exposure and experience in solution architecture, data modelling techniques, UML Process Design
Exposure and knowledge of industry compliance standards and legislation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Stakeholder management by managing stakeholder expectations for management across all levels of the customer organization
Solution design requirements gathering by examining existing IT systems and business models, and Analyse business and functional requirements for technical feasibility
Solution design by providing input into and/or drive solution design,
Root cause analysis and documentation by Formulating specification artefacts (SRS or TRS) that are in alignment with business / functional requirements and that are comprehensive enough for user signoff, yet concise enough to be part of the solution architecture and design disciplines.
