Description
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Target
Conduct a needs analysis to ensure that all sales target are met
Conceptualise new and innovative strategies to achieve targets
Follow up on new sales leads / queries etc
Calling on customers - minimum 6-8 calls per day
Provide input at sales meetings
Customer Service:
Provide advice and solutions to customers when required
Record customer interaction on "Repsly"
Make informed decisions by liaising with Sales manager regarding terms and conditions of pricing , rebates, COD pricing and discounts
Log customer complaints within 24hrs of complaint being received and follow up.
Conduct product trials at customers when required and help Marketing Department with new product launches etc
Update customer price lists, and ensure prices are updated within the Companys operating systems
Ensure that all customer demands are met
Ensure reports are run and white spot analysis with firm action plans
Liaise with customers regarding their account status
Follow up on outstanding payments where necessary
Work closely with internal sales team regarding orders, back orders, stock etc.
Experience:
3 to 5 years sales experience
General knowledge of stationery industry will be advantageous
Drive for results

Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

Intermediate Computer Skills- Microsoft office suite (excel, word)

Your busy and challenging Day will include:
Client visits
Retail sales visits
Customer promotions
Working according to strict policies and procedures
Managing customer demands and expectations
Following up on sales leads and opportunities
Keeping customers up on date throughout the entire sales process
Working towards multiple targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric
Valid Drivers License
Own Transport Essential
Will be required to sleep out possibly 2 nights per month

Responsible for the day to day maintenance of all the buildings complete preventative maintenance tasks completes tasks set out by maintenance manager complete work order records and file all related maintenance paperwork continuously check and inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs respond promptly and efficiently to guest maintenance requirements respond promptly and efficiently to duties allocated to you by the maintenance manager or supervisor check and replace lights for all properties in the portfolio check all fittings in toilets (taps, basins, toilets, urinals etc ) check all hot and cold water systems working knowledge of refrigeration equipment both mechanical, electrical and refrigerants check all equipment such as air conditioning, standby pumps, sump pumps water plant etc weekly checks and maintenance on generators perform visual checks of electrical distribution boards to ensure no loose wiring as well as light electrical maintenance all repair work has to be completed in a timely fashion to minimise downtime and to company standards installation and repair of new equipment, light fittings, plugs, basins, toilets, installation and repairs of tile work sand, prepare and varnish wood surfaces sand, prepare and paint walls and ceilings work area to be always neat, clean and comply with safety standards inspects equipment follows all safety rules and procedures and operates equipment in accordance with established safety policies and department procedures perform work outside scope of general maintenance work all shifts flexibly when job demands comply with company policies and procedures
