A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a sales representative to join their team.   *Product Portfolio *   * Scheduled pharmaceutical product experience is essential (preferably not OTC                experience) * Anti-infective, CNS, CVS, Respiratory, Anti-Diabetic, Anti-inflammatory.   *You will be responsible for:*   •              Achieving individual monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets in your set territory •              To educate doctors on specific products for scripting purposes to increase market share •              Achieving set call rates and strike rates •              Submitting Planners, Call Reports, Expenses •              Staying updated with product and market knowledge   *Education and Experience Required * * Matric * Relevant tertiary qualification in science background is an advantage OR * Relevant Sales/Marketing qualification * 2-3 years strong direct sales & detailing experience is preferred * Dispensing doctors, retailing pharmacy, independent pharmacy and scripting doctors experience is essential. * Must be efficient in booking own hand sales from customers. * Corporate, Group and Chain pharmacy management * Wholesale experience is an advantage *Skills, Knowledge & Attributes *   •              Computer Literate – MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word •              Effective territory management. •              Analyse Impact Rx data. •              Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers •              Administration skills •              Ability to work under pressure and time management skills. •              Knowledge of basic financial calculations. •              Must be adaptable and flexible •              Establishes and maintains positive relationships •              Network with regional teams. •              Strong knowledge of the products & therapeutic areas in the healthcare/medical environment                in South Africa. •              Good territory management.   *Minimum Requirements * •              Valid driver’s License •              Own reliable motor vehicle   The role holder will travel 70% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel.   *Remuneration:* •              Market related (based on experience and qualification) •              Company commission scheme based on performance (sales vs budget) •              Medical Aid – Included in CTC Company does not contribute towards Medical Aid •              Provident Fund – Included in CTC Company does not contribute towards Provident Fund     *Allowances*   Petrol Card, Tablet, Cell Phone     *Skills, Knowledge & Attributes *   •              Computer Literate – MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word •              Effective territory management. •              Analyse Impact Rx data. •              Ability to effec
