Strategic planning for sales growth, trade and category activation, leadership of large sales teams?

Ensure operational sales efficiency.
Financial acumen, used to making successful budget/investment decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Inspirational leadership, relevant Exco experience and history of delivery in the South African fmcg market.
Annual planning and regular reporting to international head office.
Involvement in global project management teams
Identification and development of new distribution channels through retail consulting and effective category management.
Develop, implement and drive the sales strategy and action plans for Field Sales and Trade Category Activation.
Support the profitability and vision of the company.
Experience building relationships of trust with key partners and stakeholders
Critical to this role is the continuous management, motivation and capacity building of staff.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
MBA
Relevant University Degree or Diploma
Extensive experience in the fmcg industry
10 years minimum managerial experience, experience at director level and a stable work record.
