Project Manager – Fibre Division

Location: Western Cape

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Project Manager to join our Fibre Division and oversee multiple projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of fibre build projects (FTTH/FTTB).
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and municipal representatives.
• Handle project documentation, permits, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, material orders, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or logistical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing fibre installation or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of FTTH/FTTB networks and civil construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Project, etc.).
