Junior Controller / Admin Assistant

POSITION AVAILABLE: JUNIOR CONTROLLER / ADMINISTRATOR (LOGISTICS)

We are seeking a Junior Controller / Admin Person to join our logistics team. This junior role is ideal for someone with knowledge or experience in long-haul transportation who is looking to grow within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing and tracking loads accurately
• Recording and monitoring diesel consumption
• Managing vehicle licensing and renewals
• Maintaining driver documentation (licenses, PrDPs, compliance files)
• Assisting with new client applications and onboarding documentation
• General administrative duties and office support
• Liaising with drivers, clients, and management
• Updating spreadsheets and operational reports

Requirements:

• Matric (minimum requirement)
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Word & Excel)
• Knowledge or experience in logistics / long-haul transportation (essential)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Own reliable transport to Epping

• Advantageous: Previous experience in a logistics or transport environment
