Junior Attorney

Our client based in Johanneburg has a vacancy for a Junior Attorney: The successful candidate must be hardworking, reliable and be able to work independently.

Requirements:
Admitted junior legal practitioner with 2-3 years post admission.
Computer literate and must be able to work well under pressure;
Knowledge and experience in the Banks legal recoveries work;
Knowledge and experience in Standard Bank VAF recoveries;
Knowledge of the Banks IT systems such as CACCS and My Attorney;
Extensive knowledge and understand of the National Credit Act;
Understanding of legal processes from section 129, summons, default judgment and warrant of execution;
Appreciation of the Banks milestones and service level agreement requirements.
Knowledge and capability to work on caselines;
