Minimum Requirements:

Experience in a top-tier Consulting or Professional Services environment is an advantage.
Practical Project Experience in designing and implementing HR Strategic Solutions.
Understanding Of Change Management methodology.
Proven ability to craft solutions that address current organisational and employee challenges in the workplace.
